What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address when you use our chat widget.
- Pages you visit on our site, including the page URL submitted when you start a chat, and how you interact with them.
- Cookies and device data (browser type, IP address, general location).
How we use your information
- To send AI-assisted SMS, iMessage, and call outreach based on the consent you provided.
- To deliver the CiteHarbor service, including AI audit reports and content publishing.
- For internal analytics to understand and improve how our site and service perform.
- To improve our AI systems and the quality of our responses.
SMS & iMessage messaging
You consented to receive messages from us via our chat widget. We use an autodialer and may send pre-recorded messages. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP, and you can text HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
AI processing
Your messages may be processed by AI systems to generate responses. We do not use your messages to train third-party AI models without your consent.
How we share information
We share data only with the providers who help us run the service:
- Relay infrastructure providers for message delivery (including Apple iMessage delivery).
- CRM platforms (such as GoHighLevel) to manage your contact record.
- AI model providers, strictly for generating responses to your messages.
- Google Analytics to measure site and service usage.
- Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify form submissions and reduce automated abuse.
We do not sell your data.

Data retention
