These Terms govern your use of CiteHarbor. By using our service, you agree to them. Please read them — they are written to be clear.
What CiteHarbor does
CiteHarbor audits your business's AI citation presence, provides competitor analysis, and publishes optimized content to improve how often AI platforms — including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, and Claude — cite your business.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a US-based business to use CiteHarbor.
Subscriptions & billing
- CiteHarbor is a monthly subscription. Billing begins on signup.
- You may cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
No guarantee of outcomes
AI citation depends on many factors outside our control, including platform behavior, content quality, and the competitive landscape. We do not guarantee any specific citation frequency, ranking, or revenue outcome.
Your content
You grant CiteHarbor a license to publish content about your business for the purpose of AI citation optimization. You represent that you have the rights to the business information you provide to us.
Acceptable use
- No misuse of the platform or service.
- No false information about your business.
- No attempts to game AI platforms with deceptive content.
Intellectual property
CiteHarbor owns its platform, methodology, and tools. You retain ownership of your business information.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiteHarbor's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last three months of service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect.
